Katherine Kraus
Katherine Kraus is the founder and owner of the Law Office of Katherine Kraus, PLLC, where she focuses her practice exclusively on Arizona family law. Katherine is committed to providing straightforward advice, strong advocacy, and practical solutions for clients facing divorce, legal decision-making, parenting time, child support, and other family law matters.
Katherine has been recognized as an Arizona Super Lawyers attorney and is actively involved in the legal community, including volunteering with the Family Law Assistance Program.
Outside the office, Katherine enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and four grandsons. She is also an enthusiastic animal lover with a household that includes four dogs, two cats, and a very large Sulcata tortoise.

Kimberly Staley
Kimberly Staley is an experienced Arizona family law attorney with the Law Office of Katherine Kraus, PLLC. She brings more than 30 years of experience in the legal profession, including more than 20 years as a legal assistant, paralegal, and law clerk before becoming an attorney. Kimberly earned her undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Arizona State University West and her Juris Doctor from Phoenix School of Law. She was admitted to practice law in Arizona in 2011. Before joining the firm, Kimberly owned and operated her own law practice, focusing on family law and adoption matters. Her extensive legal background gives her a practical, well-rounded perspective when helping clients navigate complex family law matters.
Kimberly also serves as a volunteer Judge Pro Tempore, assisting parties in resolving family law disputes through the settlement process.

Elizabeth Langford
Elizabeth Langford is a family law attorney at the Law Office of Katherine Kraus, PLLC. She brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every matter she handles.
Elizabeth was raised in Phoenix and earned her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and her law degree from the University of Arizona. She has practiced law for more than 35 years, including 31 years devoted to family law. Liz understands that every family law case is different. She tailors her approach to each client’s needs—litigating aggressively when necessary while avoiding unnecessary conflict when parties are able to reach agreements. Her goal is to make clients feel comfortable, informed, and supported while advocating for the best possible outcome. Liz also serves as a volunteer Judge Pro Tempore, helping parties resolve divorce cases through settlement, and volunteers with the Family Law Assistance Program, assisting self-represented litigants with family law matters. Outside the office, Liz enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her daughter and her two dogs, Ollie and GusGus.

Meridith Lord
Meridith L. Lord has been practicing family law since 2017. Meridith is dedicated to helping clients navigate extremely difficult times in their lives by providing sound advice and counsel tailored to their family’s unique circumstances. Meridith is known for her ability to listen and truly understand her clients’ situations and priorities. She is a strong advocate for her clients while remaining supportive of their goals and objectives. Clients appreciate her candor, high-quality service, responsiveness, and ability to clearly explain the legal process. Meridith makes a special effort to help clients understand what to expect when navigating the court system. “People are often confused and anxious,” says Meridith. “Knowing what to expect helps clients gain confidence moving forward.” In her spare time, Meridith enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, and exploring the outdoors. Her background in education and diverse professional experiences help her bring empathy, patience, and practical problem-solving skills to her work with clients.
Education Meridith earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of Southern Maine in Portland (1998). She earned her master’s degree in Education from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut (2001), and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Maine School of Law (2017).
